Context: My reaction to article

Careful India the World is watching you…

You boasted of yourself with the world’s first civilization

You boasted of yourself with rich culture and heritage

And you made us to sing your glory wherever we are…

But, who will believe in our songs now?

How can we support ourselves in telling the world that we are right about you?
Is my country still the same where we named our rivers and all the resources with feminine titles showing respect for women?

The world is full of mysteries and myths…
One day, the well organized and civilized country will become a myth
And an unrest and chaotic country will become the truth…
Do not we recognize a child what it is made of and what it can withstand?
Are we the ones who criticized and always cursed Western civilizations and their motives?

I wanted to say many things from my heart
But I know you will lend a deaf ear and will have no time
To listen to the common people of the country
For, you are busy serving the rich and ruling classes
For, you are busy watching the fun of the cruel-some citizens…

Writings have no meanings,
Cultures have no values
Only what we are that makes what it is…
Neither our history nor any of its past glories…

I would say stop singing your glories
For those have become the past…
Stop praising your culture
That has become non-existent…
Stop boasting about the history
That we are not interested in now…
Stop blaming other countries
For whatever they are
In a way better than you…
Realize your mistakes and wrong doings
Start a new life from the scratch
For you still time has not gone
Unless You wait for it to come…
No more sermonizes and speeches
No more excuses and false-songs
Act now or never
For you the chances are diminishing…

Hope is the only way to live
And so my country I am writing to you…
For now I would say
It is a shame for all of us
To be part of a nation
Where pleasures are mistaken to be taking lives…
It is time to wake up
Otherwise, you will never be…
Since it is already too late…
For now I am disappointed and angered…
Do not wait till we become rebels
And fight against you involving in the bloodshed
For you already got many experiences in the past
And do not expect this to happen again now or in future…
